Tracking numbers will be sent once they are scanned at the Canada Post sorting facility not when you receive an e-mail stating your order has been shipped. You will get your tracking number sent directly from Canada Post in the evening that day.

There are no delivery guarantees or refunds for shipping as Canada Post has suspended the refund program during the first wave of COVID. Insurance is provided on your package in the rare event it is not delivered.

Orders in before BEFORE 12:00pm PST will ship same day if possible, this should eliminate an additional day of waiting for delivery. Orders received After 2pm PST will be shipped next business day. NativeCigarettesNearMe does the very best to make sure everything ships as fast as possible and the same business day as it is ordered but sometimes it may take longer to ship your order.
If you do not want to make the minimum purchase to qualify for the Flat Rate shipping. Please send customer service an e-mail stating the product(s) you would like to purchase and your postal code/city so we can then give you the actual shipping cost. If you do not wish to use Xpresspost we can also get you a quote for a different shipping option. We have taken the time to come up with the cheapest solution for the rapid delivery of our product. However if you only want something small we can send regular post at a very cheap rate. Due to liability issues Xpresspost and Expedited Parcel are used for tracking, confirmation and insurance solutions.

We do not allow our customers to order products that are out of stock, we have no control over wholesale production and import times.

Missing/ Lost Package:

If you have a missing or lost package please email [email protected]. If the customer starts an investigation with Canada Post it could cause the investigation to take twice as long.

Canada Post has started to charge for return shipping on incorrectly addressed parcels, return to sender packages or any package that is returned to us. So we will now have to charge our customers for any errors that would cause a package to be returned to us where a customer has supplied the error in the information that they have provided.

Laws and Canada Post Protocols

*All orders will Require you to Sign and Show ID For Proof of 19yrs of Age. ID must match the order Information. Failure to show ID or Sign will have the package returned to us causing a return shipping cost. This fee will be passed on to the customer. Before any refunds are given.

*Above shipping time frames are Canada Post estimates provided by Canada Post if you are in a “remote” location as defined by Canada Post additional time may be added to the above estimates.
**If your order is extremely large in volume or weight and or wholesale or special discount coupons are used we reserve the right to ship expedited. 5% and 10% discounts do not affect normal shipping policy.

Damaged or missing Product.

We allow up to 48hrs to make a claim for missing or damaged product after your package is delivered. After 48hrs we can no long accept claims for missing or damaged product. Please check your orders after you receive them for accuracy and proper function.

Out of stock/Stock Error’s

We will email customers if a product that is out of stock due to a stocking error for them to change their order. If there is no reply within 48hrs after sending to the email associated with the customers account. The customer will be refunded the cost of the item and the rest of the order will be sent with out the missing item(s).

Canada Post Investigations And Claims:

If an investigation has to be started with Canada Post, it takes time for them to investigate a missing or lost package. Please cooperate with Canada Post in their investigation, failure to do so will result in them cancelling the investigation and denying the claim. This too may apply in the event of a claim being submitted for damage to a product, as coverage requires a similar process to achieve.

Store Pickup Instructions

If you are interested in something from our website and would like to pick it up at one of our locations follow these simple instructions. =)

1. Create an account @

2. Add the items you want to order to your cart

3. Proceed to check out and select your home address for billing and shipping and select your shipping method as Expedited Parcel. Do not worry shipping costs will be removed from your order when picking up at the location of you choice.

4. Payment method pick : Interac Email Money Transfer (Canada Only)

5. Login to your bank and complete your Interac payment.

As long as you place your order by 9:00 am Wednesday morning your order will be ready at our weekly store locations by 5:00 pm Thursday.

Restocking fee: Due to the volume of unclaimed orders we are forced to apply a restocking fee of 15% plus shipping charges. Your purchase will be refunded less the restocking fee and any shipping charges to the method of payment on file. This does not apply to warranty returns or product returns. It is only for people that pay for their order and do not pick it up from a either a post office location and it is returned to us or at a store location within 15 days of being notified their order is ready for pickup. This restocking and shipping fee will also be applied to packages that were refused delivery or marked as ID unavailable and returned to us. If you are UNDER AGE do not order, you will not get any product and will lose 15% plus shipping charges. Seems fair right?

If you are in a remote location or your order is large, bulky or heavy we reserve the right to downgrade your shipping method at our discretion. Alternatively we may send you a quote for actual shipping costs and you can decide if you would still like your package and pay for the excess shipping costs. Since we started operation, post rates have nearly doubled and our low pricing has stayed the same.
